When you open the website, your browser technically sends data that the server records:
The server’s error logs may also contain the full IP address. This data serves only to run the site securely and is never linked to a person. The server is with our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, in the EU (Ireland), and the logs are deleted after fourteen (14) days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email, phone (if you enter it), subject and message in order to answer you, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and for general enquiries Art. 6(1)(f). The message is delivered to us by email at info@elenikomerc.com.mk through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) and is not stored on the website. For each message sent, the server records only one line: date and time, the type of form, the shortened IP address, whether the message was sent, and the domain of your email (the part after @), without your name or message. We keep the message in our mailbox as long as we need it to answer you and complete your request.
We protect the contact form against spam and abuse with Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile loads only on the page with the form and checks that a human is filling it in; to do so it processes technical data about your browser and device, including the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. More: Cloudflare Turnstile privacy.
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and loads no content from other servers except Turnstile on the page with the form. Turnstile may store technical data in your browser while you use the form, only to tell people from automated programs.

Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, Art. 45 GDPR). We give data to authorities only when the law requires it.
